We will be happy to offer another piece of jewelry instead, or a credit for future redemption. A refund will be given for jewelry that has been returned in its original packaging and has not been used, within 7 days of receiving the product. It is not possible to exchange or receive a refund on jewelry with engraving, name jewelry, personal design, or special order and/or those for which a note is indicated on the website.

There is no refund on shipping fees. In the case of a credit card, the settlement fees and transaction cancellation fees (according to law) will be deducted from the refund amount.
