You can return the jewelry in its original packaging if it has not been used, within 14 days of receiving it. We will be happy to offer another piece of jewelry in its place, or a credit for future use. A refund will be given for jewelry that has been returned in its original packaging and has not been used, within 7 days of receiving the product. Jewelry with engraving, name jewelry, personal design, or special order and/or those for which a note is indicated on the site cannot be exchanged or refunded.
