 You can return the jewelry in its original packaging if it has not been used, within 14 days of receiving it. We will be happy to offer another piece of jewelry instead, or a credit for future redemption. A refund will be given for jewelry that has been returned in its original packaging and has not been used, within 7 days of receiving the product. It is not possible to exchange or receive a refund on jewelry with engraving, name jewelry, personal design, or special order and/or those for which a note is indicated on the website.

There is no refund on shipping fees. In the case of a credit card, the settlement fees and transaction cancellation fees (according to law) will be deducted from the refund amount.

 The jewelry is handmade to order.

The jewelry will be delivered to the delivery company within 14 business days from the day the order was placed.
