A refund will be given for jewelry that has been returned in its original packaging and has not been used, within 7 days of receiving the product. It is not possible to exchange or receive a refund on jewelry with engraving, name jewelry, personal design or special orders and/or those for which this note is indicated on the website
There is no refund on shipping fees. In the case of a credit card, the settlement fee and transaction cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount (according to law)
