The jewelry may be returned in its original packaging if it has not been used, within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer another piece of jewelry in its place, or a credit for future use. A refund will be given for jewelry that has been returned in its original packaging and has not been used, within 7 days of receipt of the product. Jewelry with engraving, name jewelry, personal design, or special order and/or those for which a note is indicated on the site cannot be exchanged or refunded.
There is no refund on shipping fees. In the event of a credit card credit, the clearing fee and transaction cancellation fee (according to law) will be deducted from the refund amount.
