We will be happy to offer another piece of jewelry instead, or a credit for future redemption. A refund will be given for jewelry that has been returned in its original packaging and has not been used, within 4 days of receiving the product. It is not possible to exchange or receive a refund on jewelry with engraving, name jewelry, personal design or special orders and/or those for which this note is indicated on the website
