You can return the jewelry in its original packaging, if it has not been used within 14 days of receiving it. We will be happy to offer another piece of jewelry instead, or a credit for future redemption. A refund will be given for jewelry that has been returned in its original packaging and has not been used, within 4 days of receiving the product. It is not possible to exchange or receive a refund on jewelry with engraving, name jewelry, personal design or special orders and/or those for which this note is indicated on the website
There is no refund on shipping fees. In the case of a credit card, 5% or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) will be deducted from the refund amount according to law.
